Hey there ✨
Uhm hi? I’m Louise and I run this blog, do you still remember me? Did you miss me? Did you even notice that I was gone? Is anyone even reading this? I hope you still remember me, I used to post reviews and book related content like any other book blogger, I ain’t special. I know.
Anyway, sorry for rambling I just don’t know how to start this post. I seriously don’t know how to blog anymore but I’ll try my best. So yessss, how are you? I hope you’re doing well! Read any good books lately? Yeah, that’s good!
I figured that it’s time to finally come back to my blog and try to salvage it? I abandoned it for so long and I feel like a bad mother leaving her child like that but I have my
excuses reasons! Here’s a little update about my life and what went down the last few months, hoping that you’ll read it until the end!!
Hey there ✨
YES I’M BACK!! After almost 3 months of inactivity, you’re finally reading an update from this genie! 🧞♀️ It honestly feels weird doing this again, I feel kind of rusty so sorry in advance if this post will be all over the place.
I’m here bringing you all the updates in my life—well, not really all the updates but just the necessary ones lol you get it—including the whats and whys of my absence from the last months.
Hey there ✨
I don’t think anyone noticed but I’ve actually been inactive here last month. So I decided to share to you guys what I have been up to by giving all the updates. The last time I did this was way back December last year and now it’s already halfway through 2017. I don’t even know how we got here so fast.
Anyways, let’s start with my reading update where I’ll tell you about how I barely got to read anything in the month of May.
Hey there! ✨
At this point, let’s just pretend that it isn’t already halfway through April and enjoy this March Wrap-up. (hehehe *winks*)
Welcome back to another Wrap-up post! Seriously the months are flying by, and yet the books are not being read. Sighs, March wasn’t the best reading month for me for various reasons. Like, you know… a certain musical may have distracted me from reading for the whole month.
Anyways, here’s my March 2017 in a nutshell or a post, or idk haha but you get it.
Hey there! ✨
I know, February ended like weeks ago and this wrap-up is way too late now but I committed on posting monthly so we will push through this post late or not! February was such a great month for me bookish-wise, I unlocked an achievement during its first week. So if you want to know just read-on to find out.
Hey there! ✨
It has been MONTHS since I did an Award post and that’s because I feel like most of the Awards/Tags are repetitive, don’t get me wrong I love reading these kind of posts because I feel like I know the blogger better after and I’m thankful for every time I get nominated but I just don’t feel like writing them most of the time.
But the other day, I saw this and immediately wanted to do it! Luckily, I was already nominated by two awesome bloggers—Katherine @ Fabled Haven and Lauren @ Wonderless Reviews—thank you so much for tagging me and sorry if it took forever. And of course let’s not forget the creator of this tag, Liam @ Hey Ashers!
Don’t forget to head over to their blogs and checkout their #Aesthetics plus Liam’s post includes some tips on how to make/build your own. Enough ramblings, let’s get started!

Synopsis from Goodreads:
Isa Garcia believes that everybody deserves love letters. She wrote these letters in Found for you: the girl who has been feeling a bit lost; the girl who likes to run from pain; the girl who is ready to go; the girl who is a lot of things at one time or another. Isa knows that there are days when you would need to be reminded that you matter, you are not alone, and the world is a far better place with you in it.
In this book, may you find a friend who takes you as you are, a safe space for your secret hopes and fears, and the assurance that no matter where you are in your life right now, you will always be found.
There are days when you will grasp at straws for something that seems close to what is true. There are days when your voice will shake with the weight of uncertainty. There are days when you will feel like you aren’t enough. And there are days when the small cure to sadness will be the simple marriage of love and words. This book exists for those days. This book exists for you.
I’m so happy that I found this book, even though I don’t usually review these kind of books I’m thankful that I signed-up and was included in its blog tour. This book is a collection of letters about love, God, and life.
Heyyy there! ✨
January has already ended a few days ago and it seriously went by so fast. I can’t believe that we’re already done with the first month of 2017! So anyways, I decided to do a wrap-up plus monthly favorites post because I wanted to share to you all the books that I read, the things that I loved last month and just other important January notes. I’m planning to do this on a monthly basis for this year, and I hope I’ll be able to do so because last year I only published like 3 wrap-up posts.
I’m going to stop word-vomiting now, and let’s start of with my reading and blogging wrap-up:
Heyheyhey there! ✨
Before the year ends I just wanted to squeeze in one more post, so here it is! Truly, 2016 was such a wonderful reading year for me—I read a lot of books, finished my Goodreads Reading Challenge (71/60 books read) and added a lot to my Favorite’s shelf!
And of course I wanted to share to all of you my top 16-ish books for 2016 as well as my reading + blogging goals for 2017.
MERRY CHRISTMAS LOVELY PEOPLE!
Well…advanced but we literally have just 2 days before Christmas and I’m honestly not that excited for it. Which is a bummer because its my favorite holiday but we’ll talk about more of that later.
Anyways, hi! Do you guys still remember me? Yup, I’m Louise that awkward blogger who rarely updates her blog. And as an
apology explanation for my inactiveness here’s a life, blogging, reading, basically all the updates update.
